POTOPOD Global Hubs

Strategically Positioned. Purposefully Designed.

POTOPOD’s supply chain network is anchored by three key logistics hubs in Guangzhou (China), Miami (USA), and the United Kingdom—each selected for their proximity to high-volume manufacturing and sourcing zones that serve our Caribbean clients.

Our hubs are more than just warehouses. They’re intelligence centers where cargo is actively managed, prioritized, and prepared with the end destination—and the bigger picture—in mind.

It’s never just about piece counts for us. We treat every shipment with purpose—understanding the role each item plays, whether it’s urgent materials for a construction site, a phased delivery for a hospitality rollout, or inventory for multiple departments.

Why Our Hubs Matter

Each hub plays an important role in de-risking shipments, streamlining project timelines, and enhancing visibility across the supply chain.

On-Receipt Inspection & Discrepancy Management

From the moment cargo arrives at any of our hubs, it is carefully inspected and reviewed—not just counted. We check for discrepancies, damages, and packing issues before anything moves forward.

This is your first line of defence. By catching issues on receipt, we give clients the opportunity to correct or clarify problems at origin, before cargo is shipped. This avoids surprises on arrival and can mean the difference between smooth execution and unexpected delays or costs.

Whether it’s missing items, incorrect products, or poor packing, our process allows us to course-correct early—which is especially critical when timelines are tight or customs documentation is tied to specific item details.

Priority-Based Segregation & Flexible Shipping

Not all cargo moves on the same timeline—and with POTOPOD, it doesn’t have to.

At our hubs, we segregate inventory based on urgency, usage, and project priorities, giving you the power to adapt as plans evolve. Whether you need to fast-track a few critical items via air or courier, or hold back and consolidate non-urgent cargo for ocean freight, we make it easy to pivot.

This means you’re not locked into rigid shipping plans. If your timeline shifts, you still have options—to pull ahead, postpone, or split cargo according to site-readiness, install phases, or seasonal needs.

The result? Smarter, more responsive shipping—without sacrificing efficiency or control.

Purpose-Driven Cargo Organization

At our hubs, cargo is organized with intention and precision. Whether it’s furniture for a resort renovation, inventory for a multi-site retail rollout, or materials for a construction project, we allocate goods based on project names, purchase orders (POs), departments, or even specific construction zones—whatever the client’s structure requires.

Because POTOPOD is designed to connect the supply chain from Purchase Order to Port of Delivery, we work at the SKU level, ensuring every item is tracked, grouped, and managed with full visibility. This allows for smarter dispatching, cleaner documentation, and more confident coordination—especially when managing multiple shipments or complex staging requirements.

End-to-End Visibility & Collaborative Workflow

What sets a POTOPOD hub apart is that it’s not operating in isolation—it’s fully integrated into our digital logistics system, KNOW, giving clients a live window into their cargo journey.

You can track the status of goods at the item or PO level, view inspection photos, check what’s been received, and coordinate approvals or special instructions—all in one place. Whether your procurement officer is in St. Lucia, your site manager is in Barbados, or your supplier is in China, everyone stays aligned.

This real-time visibility means fewer emails, fewer surprises, and faster decisions—because everyone sees the same information, when it matters most.
